Postpartum Yoga & Movement -
a course for recovering & rebuilding the body after pregnancy
My course 'Postpartum Yoga & Movement for Recovering & Rebuilding' is back with new dates starting on November 19th. It will be my first live course for Postpartum Yoga after giving birth to my second child.
We will meet 10 times - Tuesdays 9:30 am (CET)
You can join from all over the world, just be aware of the different time zones. You will also get the recordings of the zoom sessions so that you can go through it in your own time. Babies usually don't allow their mothers to have a 100% attendance and attention rate, but you shouldn't have to miss out because of that.
My Postpartum Yoga course has helped many mothers with:
back pain
pelvic girdle pain
diastasis recti
incontinence
pelvic organ prolapse
over all feeling stronger & getting back into activities such as running and other sports - see reviews below.
This course is not just a Yoga course, but is a unique mix of all the exercises & techniques that I found the most effective in my own postpartum recovery. I'm a yoga teacher and a 'pregnancy & postpartum corrective exercise specialist'. I also learned from physiotherapists, pilates instructors and - most importantly - my own pregnancy and postpartum experience. This course combines the best of these worlds into a unique and effective program.
This is the course I wish I've had when I was early postpartum!
After purchasing the course you will receive a Welcome Letter with some introductory information and of course the links to our zoom events.
What participants say about the course:
The course strengthened my pelvic floor again. Already after the first three units I noticed a clear improvement. Camilla has dealt intensively with the body of a woman after childbirth and you can tell. She knows the problems and can help very well. I would recommend this course to any mother. Not only was my pelvic floor strengthened, but my back, shoulder and neck pain also got significantly better. In addition, the hours with Camilla are a relaxation. Unfortunately, breathing consciously and perceiving your body is neglected in everyday life. But through this yoga class you pay attention to yourself again. It is a fitness-course and a wellness-trip in one. Thank you for everything!

I really enjoyed the postpartum course with Camilla! The exercises are very good and focussed on reshaping your body in a sensitive way. I especially really appreciated that she shares her personal experience and always asks about individual preferences etc - so you could get exercises that fit your “problems”. It also motivated me to do some exercises at home to speed up the recovery. Now I feel a lot better in my body again, Thanks so much, Camilla!

I enjoy yoga with you. I have already successfully completed the second course. First birth prenatal course and now the postnatalyoga. What should I say? The birth was great and my recovery was amazing.
If you do this yoga it's just a good start to the day every time. Mentally and physically. You are relaxed and have done something for yourself. You also notice that the body reshapes itself and returns to its old strength. I love to see that. Looking forward to the 3rd course with you💚

Camillas classes were very energising for me as mother of a baby child. I left all classes relaxed and full with motivation. When I started yoga class I had problems with my posture and hips. After ten sessions I know what excercises are good for me and Camilla let me know how far I can go in my poses. It is helpful for me that she pays attention to all individual weaknesses. Thanks Camilla I can recommend you to every person that gave birth to a baby.
