The perfect way to meet a new day. Starting with serenity and clarity, connecting and charging up for whatever may come. We will explore traditional techniques of breathwork and pranayama as well as some classical approaches to meditation. Everyone is welcome - let's practice and meditate together!

 

One session will be around one hour. You are invited to stay as long as your schedule allows / as you feel like - joining in on time is highly recommended as well as an empty stomach.

Open, online and donation-based.Please contribute, according to what feels good in your wallet and your heart. Looking forward to seeing you!
